Over the last six months, my scrapping has really dwindled. I’m feeling a pull back to my love of scrapbooking and making it a higher priority.
In talking to a friend a few weeks ago, I realized that time is all about priorities. I don’t have time to do everything I want to do, but I do have time to do the things that are a high priority. I have the ability to allot time for the things I love the most.
With a few spare moments this weekend, I spent some precious time scrapbooking. I decided to document some photos I took on our trip to the apple orchard earlier this fall.
I also used the word strips along the side of this layout to speak a little about the “why” of scrapbooking these photos.
I scrapbook because I want to remember. I do this because my family and our memories together are important to me. I do it because it matters. I do it because it is my heart’s desire to focus on the blessings in my life. Scrapbooking helps me to do that.
