It has been a while since I’ve posted my blessings that I am counting.
Mostly, because I haven’t been counting.
It was on my to-do list and I checked it off at the end of the day, completely undone. I was going through a bit of a time of struggle and I wasn’t doing the thing I needed to do to recover from that. The longer I put it off, the harder it was to get out my journal and begin counting my blessings where I left off.
Last Friday I came to the realization that I just needed to do it.
And that’s what I did and the act of taking that one step in just starting as been a blessing in and of itself.
This week I have lots of blessings to count because I have taken the time to count each morning…
