Well, I didn’t get as many Project Life spreads completed over the weekend.
BUT I did get almost all of my pictures edited, organized and ready to be scrapped into Project Life layouts.
Having this done helps tremendously!
I do all of this preparation in Lightroom. I have smart collections set up for every week of the year. I go into those folders to edit my photos for each week and then export the edited photos into a folder.
When I’m ready to scrap a Project Life layout, all I have to do is open this folder and I have all of my edited photos for that week at the ready.
I did complete one Project Life layout that I am so excited to share with you today.

This was a fun week starting with my birthday celebration!
Keith was able to attend church with us and that is always such a treat…I love having him by my side in church.
The kids put on a special birthday “super hero show” for me before Keith and I headed out to my birthday date at Cattleman’s restaurant where we ate way too much good food!
Jenny surprised me by showing off her tic-tac-toe skills and I didn’t even know she knew how to play.
The week ended with me going to a luncheon with the ladies from my summer discipleship group.
Every time I work on these layouts, I remember why it is that I continue documenting our life through Project Life. It is to remember all of the small details of our life and this is such an easy format to do it in!
Thanks for joining me as I share my life with you!
