I received prints of last year’s Project Life layouts last week and I spent yesterday afternoon looking through them with my son looking over my shoulder. It was such a joy to look through these and be reminded of the why that I do this project.
I love looking back and seeing our memories in print. I love reading the journaling detailing our adventures and the photos of my family from a year ago.
As I prepared dinner last night, my daughter sat on the couch looking through Project Life albums and that was yet another reminder for me.
I love documenting in this way and the joy that it brings to my family!
Left Side
On Sunday of this week, Keith surprised Will with tickets to see Monster Trucks. They had a great afternoon together cheering on El Toro Loco, the local favorite! Keith was home from work on leave this week and we enjoyed having him around so much! It was great to have a photographer around to document some homeschooling moments!
Right Side
We took the kids to see the Cinderella movie on Friday afternoon and we all loved it so much! I think Keith and I enjoyed this movie as much as the kids did. I created the “be kind and have courage” journaling card with papers from the Charmed kit (see below) and a handlettering font. The weekend also involved making a chocolate pudding pie for Pi Day…yum!!
