I love having a plan for our meals each week!
I have been doing it for so long now, that I’m really thrown off whenever I don’t have a plan in place for our meals.
Before the end of last year, I ordered a personalized May Books just for keeping track of our weekly meal plans this year.
I absolutely love this little book for planning and keeping track of our weekly meals.
I usually do my grocery shopping on Saturday mornings after my Weight Watchers meeting (I love coming away from there energized and motivated to eat healthy). So, on Fridays I sit down in front of the computer with my May Books planner and plan out our meals for the coming week.
On the left side of my May Planner there is space to fill in dinner meals for each day of the week and on the right side is a market list where I write out my grocery shopping list.
After everything is all planned out, this planner goes into my purse to accompany me on my shopping trip.
I often refer back to it for ideas on recipes that were a hit and we want to have again.
I love that I was able to personalize my meal planner with a design that was super pretty and I even my monogram.
