After this winter’s successful Stitch Fix box, I decided to treat myself to a “fix” at the beginning of the Spring season.
Even though I knew it was coming, I was surprised and thrilled to see the Stitch Fix box on my porch this afternoon when the kids and I arrived home from spending the day at our homeschool co-op.
When I ordered this fix, I requested to have the same stylist that I had last time. I didn’t keep the paper with her name on it, but I was hoping that Stitch Fix kept records on that. I was so happy to have Jess style my box again and once again the hit it out of the park!!
I also decided that I would be a little more selective with what I kept in this box. There are a few items that I absolutely fell in love with!!! I wasn’t going to keep one of them because of the price tag attached, but my husband encouraged me to keep them and so I am! (He’s so great at encouraging me!!) And there are a couple of items that I am going to send back this time because they were just okay.
Here’s my review of my Spring Stitch Fix…I’d love to hear what you think!
Lila Ryan Liza Skinny Jean
I have loved every single pair of jeans I’ve received from Stitch Fix and these were no exception to that! They have the perfect amount of stretch and are just so comfortable on!!
These really are perfect for spring! I kept these on with all the tops I tried on and, honestly, didn’t want to take them off…that’s the true sign of a great jean.
This is the item that I was hesitant to keep because of the price, but with a little encouragement from Keith, I’m keeping them!
Market & Spruce Jenson Embroidery Detail Top
This coral top was absolutely perfect!!!
The color is just right for what I’m loving right now, it’s bright and soft and just so pretty! I also love the sheer material and the embroidery details.
I knew as soon as I opened the box that this would be a keeper and it is!
Collective Concepts Wilson Tie Neck Blouse
This top by Collective Concepts has a casual boho vibe to it that is just so. much. fun!
And the COLORS….they are MINE!
I know that I’m going to get a lot of wear out of this top…it fits my personal style perfectly but it’s also unique and fun enough to be special.
This is yet another winner that I’m going to keep!
Papermoon Leon Knit Top
The cut of this top was really off for me. You can’t really tell as well in this picture, but the neck is cut really wide and deep…so much so that I’m afraid I would be constantly pulling it back up on my shoulders.
Also, from past experience I’ve learned that the texture of the gauzy material in this top would only serve to make me look dumpy.
It looked a little better on than I expected it to out of the box, but not good enough to keep.
Liverpool Zarina Button Down Top
I knew as soon as I lifted this one out of the box that it wouldn’t make the cut because it was much heavier than I want for a Spring top.
I’m so DONE with winter that I really wanted pieces that are light and airy and this just wasn’t.
It was really cute and would pair nicely with white jeans, but I do already have two much lighter chambray tops that will do the same.
This is another that I’ll be sending back.
So, with this fix, I’m keeping three out of the five items I received. And these are items that I absolutely LOVE!!!
