She is real and honest about her struggles and she maintains a witty sense of humor and a realness throughout the book.
This book was so encouraging to me as it offers real, practical advice on how to lose weight and keep it off! It will be an encouraging and motivational read to anyone who is looking to lose weight, maintain a healthy weight, or make healthy lifestyle choices.
