Christmas Eve is a most appropriate time to stop and take account of all the blessings we have to be thankful for.
It is the eve of celebrating the greatest gift, the most incredible blessing given to us. That is the blessing of God’s own Son coming to this broken earth as a baby.
I know there are many who are hurting at this time of the year, but I would challenge you to look past the hurt you may be experiencing and find the blessings all around. They’re there! You may have to find and search to find them, but they are there.
Even in the midst of brokenness and hurt, there is blessing and joy can be found.
Here are the blessings I am counting “all mine” this week…
305. baking in the kitchen with Keith
306. bucket lists written by my children
307. teaching Jenny’s Sunday school class
