Looking back on my list of blessings this week, I realize the impact of consistency. I really focused on making it a habit to write in my “Blessings All Mine” journal each night as a part of my bedtime routine and it really made a difference.
It made a difference in the number of blessings counted. As you will see below, I counted thirty-four items on my gratitude this week as opposed to usually between ten and twenty. Counting a small number of blessings daily amounted more counted throughout the week.
It also made a difference in my attitude. I found myself pondering on these things throughout each day. When something special happened that I wanted to mark as a blessing, I thought about it and smiled to myself. I found myself more at peace and content this week and I think that’s a direct result of being intentional grateful.

I really like the way you journal your Blessings! I may have to try doing it that way.

I love reading your blessings. I’ve just bought the new Faith edition of the Happy Planner and plan on using it as a gratitude journal.
