Last night while watching the debate in the background, I was able to knock out four new Project Life layouts. I love that I’ve gotten into such a groove with these that I can quickly scrap several layouts in an evening.
I love how these are a documentation of our everyday lives. They show both the big and little moments that I treasure so much!
Week 29
Left Side
I filled the 3×4 pockets on this side with photos taken while swimming with friends. We spent Sunday afternoon swimming in their neighborhood pool and had a blast.
I paired the photo of my little hibiscus flower with a “hello lovely” word art.
Right Side
On this side of the layout I used several photos from Keith in Korea. There’s a picture of a McDonald’s, Starbucks and the chapel at Camp Red Cloud. I also included a photo of the kids talking to Keith on Skype by fitting it into two 3×4 slots.

Week 30
Left Side
This side includes lot of around the house, everyday photos.
Right Side
I dedicated this entire side of the layout to photos of Korea. These were all from our shared dropbox folder. I even had a shot of Keith preaching in Chapel!
For the journaling card on this page, I used a white journaling card with stars along the bottom. I filled the stars in with red and typed “scenes from Korea” on the card.

Week 31
Left Side
The big event of this week was beginning our new homeschool year!! I have a photo of each of the kids in the 3×4 spots and a photo of all of us kindly taken by my neighbor in the 6×4 photo spot.
The 6×4 journaling card just read “back to school” along the top and I added “first day” and made it into a sticker by adding a white stroke and shadow.
Right Side
Just lots of everyday shots on this side. We have the kids working on school work, playing at the playground, Keith giving a devotion after PT, and working on a sidewalk chalk creation in the front yard.

Week 32
Left Side
I am really happy with how this spread came out with a cohesive bright look.
I didn’t have as many photos to showcase for this week, or journaling to add, so I used filler journaling cards.
Right Side
There’ just more of the same here…beautiful everyday moments that I cherish so!
EA and MC went to a “torch ceremony” to mark moving up to the middle school youth program. We also did our first science experiment.

Thanks for joining me for another week of documenting this messy, beautiful life with Project Life!

I think it is so amazing you can include your husband in your daily life pages even while he is halfway around the world. With advances in technology are you finding this deployment easier to deal with than in the past? Or is it just plain hard, regardless?
