Hello and happy Monday!!
I hope you had an enjoyable weekend! I’m trying to get back to the basics here on this blog and thought I would start with posting this week’s menu.
I am really enjoying fall cooking…we’re having lots of chilis and soups that are warm and comforting.
Here’s our menu plan for this week:
Sunday – Slow Cooker Texas Chili with corn chips
Monday – White Cheddar Corn Chowder
Tuesday – 3 Ingredient Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos
Wednesday – Baked Chicken Parmesan over spaghetti noodles; Breadsticks
Thursday – Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole
Friday – Friday Night Dinner (TBD)
Saturday – Pulled Pork Sandwiches; Fries or chips
