We have lots of different things going on this week, so my plan is light this week.
Sunday – Hot Dogs & Baked Fries
Monday – Fish Tacos and Mexican Rice
Tuesday – Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas; Corn; Refried Beans
Wednesday – AWANA night (hopefully my husband and I will have a date night); Broccoli Cheese Soup from last week for the kids
On Thursday I’m hosting my BUNCO group at my home, so we’ll have party foods. I’ll do something quick and easy for the kids before everyone comes over. And we’ll be traveling through the weekend.
I love light weeks when I don’t have to plan a meal for every night….it’s nice for a little menu planning break!
