I’ve been less than motivated to plan and cook meals lately, but planing is a necessity for my mental survival. So, I’m going back to the basics! I’m sticking to some of our favorite recipes and meals. These tend to be super easy, quick meals that everyone loves!
I’m still doing Weight Watchers, so I have to go into their tools to figure out points for some of these. I’ll add them as I get them calculated, if you’re interested in those, you are welcome to check back. I’ll be adding these points into Plan to Eat for future reference.
Monday – Korean Beef & Rice with fruit
Tuesday – Whole Wheat Spaghetti; Garlic Bread; Salad
Wednesday – Easy Breakfast Pizza; fruit
Thursday – Easy Crockpot Beef Fajitas; Tortilla Chips
Friday – Pizza Night
Saturday – BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad
