I’m going to try something different by posting my weekly menu plan on Sunday instead of Monday. I do typically plan Sunday-Saturday, so it just makes a little more sense.
I’m also including a menu plan printable for you at the end of today’s post. You can download and print it out to write out your own menu plan for the week.
Some of our meals got moved around a bit last week because of changing plans, but I was able to prepare all of the meals I had planned. Also, my pantry is so super close to being completely cleaned out and that makes me feel good about how I’ve been planning over the last few weeks.
This week is more of the same…super simple meals that are using up the little of what’s left in our pantry!
Here’s our plan for this week:
Sunday – (we ate out after church)
Monday – Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken and Rice; Steamed Broccoli
Tuesday – Texas Ranch Chicken Casserole; fresh fruit
Wednesday – Breakfast for Dinner
Thursday – Crock Pot Ranch Chicken Tacos; Tortilla Chips
Friday – Pizza Night
Saturday – Chicken Stir-Fry over Rice; Egg Rolls
