After the busyness of last week and our rushed dinners, I was determined that we would eat better this week!
I have several events this week that I’m attending that I have to take dishes to. Tomorrow evening we have a Chaplain’s Hail & Farewell potluck. I’m taking the Pioneer Woman’s chicken spaghetti as a main dish. On Tuesday my Bible Study class is having a last class party and I’m excited about bringing Snickers Apple Salad to that. It’s always a big hit! I also have a brunch on Saturday and I haven’t yet decided what to bring. I’m have lots of delicious recipes to choose from on my Breakfast Pinterest Board, though.
Monday – Chicken Enchilada Casserole
Tuesday – Chicken Spaghetti (potluck)
Wednesday – Pizza Casserole with Biscuits; steamed vegetables
Thursday – Slow Cooker Sweet & Tangy Meatballs over Rice
Friday – Ranch Chicken Sandwiches; baked fries
Saturday – Sunday School party
Sunday – Beef Roast with Vegetables; Rice; Biscuits; Salad
