I am so excited to announce that we are settled enough in our new El Paso home for me to plan out and cook all of our meals!
Actually, *most* of last week’s meals were planned out and cooked at home as well, I just didn’t have internet last Monday in order to post them. And we did hit a few snags in the busyness of getting unpacked that we had to resort to take out.
Over the weekend my husband and I committed to being back on board with Weight Watchers. I went to a meeting here on Saturday morning and he joined online. This makes it even more important to meal plan and cook at home! I don’t have points readily available for our meals this week, but that is something that I’m going to try to work on for future meal plans.
So…here’s what we’re planning to eat this week…
Monday – Baked Pork Chops; Shells Macaroni & Cheese; Steamed Vegetables
Tuesday – Santa Fe Turkey Stuffed Peppers; Cilantro Lime Rice
Wednesday – Easy Chicken Pot Pie
Thursday – Chili Pot Roast; Steamed Carrots
Friday – Potatoes & Sausage; Peas; Applesauce
Saturday is my grocery day and I do leave in flexibility in the weekends for leftovers and changes in the plan throughout the week.
