I felt so completely behind and a bit off-kilter at the start of this week.
After a short session of menu planning I was feeling so much better! There’s just something about having a plan for our dinners for the week that takes an edge off of my stress level. I’m heading out to the commissary this afternoon since I didn’t get that done over the weekend and that should help eliminate some more stress.
Then I’ll be “cool as a cucumber” sailing into the rest of the week!
Here’s what’s on my menu plan for this week…
Monday – Easy Crockpot Potato Soup
Tuesday – Slow Cooker Broccoli Beef with rice
Wednesday – Crock Pot Ranch Chicken Tacos
Thursday – Crispy Ritz Chicken; steamed vegetables
Friday – Four Cheese Tortellini with Tomatoes & Basil; Tossed Salad
Saturday – Pizza
As you can tell my crock pot is in full use with our busy school schedule.
