I am soooo excited about my plans for the night.
One of my favorite things to do with Keith was to watch movies. I love movies, especially funny, cute, romantic, girl movies. But after my last night of movie watching….I decided not to do it again.
Until today.
I have several good movies in my stash I’ve been waiting to watch.
I have been saving them until Keith comes home for his leave….in just about a month!
But he encouraged me this week to invite my friend, Carol, over for some girl time. Not that I needed a lot of encouragement to invite her over…she is a great friend.
So I decided to have a movie night.
That’s probably one of the biggest things I miss from college….sitting around with girlfriends, vegging out and watching chic movies!
Carol is coming over after my kids go to bed tonight….HOORAY for early bed times!
I bought some yummy Ben and Jerry’s ice cream at the commissary yesterday and have some popcorn ready to pop.
We just need to decide on a movie to watch….I have Mama Mia, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Definitely Maybe, and The Wedding Date to choose from.
Which would you recommend?

First I wanted to say I love your new layout… looks great! Secondly, we had the strawberry cc stuffed French toast for dinner tonight and it was delicious!! Thirdly, have a great time at your movie night. I haven’t seen Mama Mia…if you end up watching it, please give a review. I am somewhat confused as to what it is about, but am def interested. The other three I have seen and they were cute. They had innuendos of premarital sex, so that is my one heads up for you. I’d go with Definitely Maybe… but any would be fun I am sure. Enjoy that Ben and Jerry’s and much overdue girl time.. Will you paint your toe nails too?

I’m playing catch up with all your recent posts, so this might come a little too late. Wil and I thought the first 10 minutes of “Definitely, Maybe” was hilarious, as was the whole movie. I adore The Sisterhood movies. I can really see them becoming the ones I repeatedly reach for when Chase is old enough for our girls’ night in. I’m dying to see “Mama Mia” but will spare Wil of yet another musical by watching this when he’s gone to school. I haven’t heard about the other one, but I’m soooo far behind on what’s out these days. Hope you and Carol and a great time.
