We had such a busy, fun day yesterday visiting a local Pumpkin patch and then playing with friends, that I didn’t get on the computer at all. And that’s a very good thing! I’d much rather spend my days in creating memories than writing and scrapping about them.
I did want to share my most recent scrapbook layouts with you, though. So, I decided to share them today rather than wait for next Saturday.
Here are the layouts I’ve created in the last week…
Made with Love
This was created for the October Random Challenge at The Lilypad. The challenge was to use a patterned paper with words on it. I chose to use the kit Secret Ingredient Love with the words “made with love” on patterned paper. The photo I scrapped was of my first Thanksgiving turkey.

Beautiful You
This layout was created for the Scraplift Challenge at The Lilypad. The challenge was to scraplift a designer at TLP and I chose to scraplift Liz of Paislee Press. I’m on her creative team and love her personal style of scrapping!

Fall
This layout was for the Style Challenge that challenged scrappers to scrap a layout outside of their normal style. My typical scrapping style is more “clean” with minimal and very intentional elements. As you can see, this layout is pretty full and has a lot going on. I can’t get away from being intentional in the elements I choose to use, but this is definitely more “messy” and full than my typical style.

Autumn in the Air
The challenge for this layout was to use BYOC products from three different designers at The Lilypad. Since BYOC is coordinated using the same color palette, it is a bit easier to combine them, but this always stretches me as I’m normally a kit scrapper.
I just love photos taken from behind and this one of Jenny running through the apple orchard has my heart. I love how you can see her curls bouncing and you can also see the other kids ahead of her.

Thanks for joining me again today!
PS…I’ve updated things a little around here so, if you normally read this through email or a feed reader I would love for you to click over and take a look!

Beautiful pages, Monica! I really love the fall colors of the last two! We missed you in church this am. I had a little, fall package for you and your kiddos to enjoy. I can try again next week. Have a good week ahead!

Thank you, Jinny! I’m sorry we missed you this morning at church…I missed being there! The kids are getting over colds and we were being (maybe overly) cautious. 🙂 We’ll be there next week!!
I pray that you have a great week!
