I hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend! Ours was full of fun activity!
We set up a small basketball goal for the kids in the backyard and they are loving playing basketball outside. This is something we decided to do for them when we learned that we wouldn’t be moving this summer. MC especially loves dribbling and shooting baskets in the backyard.
Keith and EA ran in the Easter Egg 5K in Kansas City on Saturday morning. The morning turned out to be much colder then expected, but thankfully they just missed a downpour of rain.
Sometimes I am completely amazed at how dirty this child can get. Keith sent me this photo in a text when I was out running errands on Saturday afternoon.
Our Easter service at church was incredible!! I love it when church is packed and it was this Sunday. The choir was full, worship was amazing and the preaching was powerful this morning! I found myself just in awe of Christ’s resurrection power.
After lunch, Will built a scene of Jesus risen from the grave with Legos. 🙂
I got half of last year’s Project Life layouts put into an album during quiet time on Sunday (I ran out of page protectors) and the girls were anxious to look through it as soon as I was finished.
Sunday evening was spent planning for the upcoming week and the next month as well. I used my Silhouette to cut out some new planner stickers. These make planning so fun!!
I would love to hear about something fun you did over Easter weekend!
