It’s been so long since I’ve shared my weekly menu plan, but several things have happened that are motivating me to start this weekly post again.
First, I just really like posting these!
AND I joined Weight Watchers this weekend so I think this will give me extra accountability in planning out my meals to fit into the plan. Planning really is the key to being successful with Weight Watchers and I’m determined to be successful this time around!
It will help so much to have those points figured out ahead of time and as much as I can I hope to go ahead and track my dinners before even beginning my day.
I’m also finding lots of new recipes from searching on Pinterest! I created a board just for Weight Watchers tips and recipes that you’re welcome to follow if you happen to be looking for some new ideas for healthy meals!

Sunday – Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry over Rice (9 SP)
Monday – Taco Chicken Salad over Romaine Lettuce (5 SP)
Tuesday – Slow Cooker Fiesta Chicken Soup (4 SP); Corn Muffin (6 SP)
Wednesday – Turkey Burger and Sweet Potato Fries
Thursday – Grilled Chicken Breast (2 SP) and Roasted Veggies (0 SP)
Friday – Out to Eat (Olive Garden…I’ll be having soup & salad)
Saturday – Pizza and Movie night w/kids
