I have two additional Project Life layouts to share with you today.
I would have had more, but instead of scrapping last night, I watched football with my son. That’s a sentence I never really thought I would write. You see, I’m not a football fan at all. But my son is or at least wants to be. Our neighbor invited him over to watch his team, the Carolina Panthers, play last night, but then got stuck out shopping. Will was waiting by the door watching for their car to arrive home. I felt so bad for him! So, I told him that he could watch with our neighbor another time, but I would watch with him last night.
I made him a root beer and a bowl of popcorn and sat on the couch to watch football. I’m so glad that I did! And in a way I’m actually glad that he got to spend that time with me instead of the neighbor. It was a great reminder to spend intentional time with him and it was great mother/son bonding time!
I never regret putting aside scrapping our memories for creating some and sweet memories were created last night.
Anyway, here are my layouts for weeks 34 and 35 of this year.
Week 34
Left Side
There are a lot of just everyday random photos here. I actually did not have a ton of pictures this week, but I did have some photos of every day objects such as snacks that we enjoy.
I included a photo of Keith in uniform on this page. There’s also a photo of a sunset in Korea as well.
Right Side
Some more random photos here…my current reading with Will and Jenny, a feet shot I took after a walk with my neighborhood friends, and a photo of Keith’s plant.
The journaling I wrote on the 4×6 card here is so true! I really do love how simple everyday pictures can come together to tell the stories of our lives.

Week 35
Left Side
This side of this week’s layout is mostly focused on our poetry tea. We enjoy this practice so much!!! We’ve actually missed it for several weeks and this tells me that I need to make it a bigger priority.
Right Side
This side is mostly focused on my birthday celebrations. Thanks to my sweet children, my birthday was unexpectedly fun this year!
I also have a photo of the kids with Ant Man at Super Hero Day at the Kansas City Zoo.
