Earlier today, my husband called me with an important question. He wanted to know what our hashtag for our move was.
I had no idea.
So, we worked together and came up with one. #AndrewsGo2DC is the hashtag we will be using to document our trip across the country from El Paso to DC.
It’s funny that we even had this conversation that wouldn’t have been a thing not too many years ago.
The advantages of creating a hashtag to use during our PSC is that we will be able to cull just those photos and events on social media and YOU can follow along with our journey!
This move is coming fast and we honestly are ready for it. Yes, we’re going to miss El Paso (we love this city!!) and we’re going to miss the people here, but we’re also ready for the new adventures ahead of us!
We’ve been spending time saying goodbye to friends and co-workers. This is the hardest part of moving for me.
The commandant and deputy commandant’s wives treated me to lunch and a massage (my first) as my parting gift and I am so appreciative of it and them!! They have been so great to work with!
I had my last birthday brunch with friends last weekend and it was delightful!
I have also had a farewell from the chaplain spouses here and Keith had his farewell at work next week.
Our packers begin in a little over a week and then it will truly be GAME ON! Until, then I’m trying to soak up our last moments in El Paso.
