I’m going to begin combining my weekly Friday posts, Friday Favorites and Say It Forward.
5 Minutes for Mom has a weekly meme to recognize and thank the commenters on our blogs.
If you’re new to blogging or just to blog reading, let me tell you that comments mean the world to bloggers….they mean the world to me! I put a lot of thought and time and sometimes heart and soul into the things I write about here. And to receive a comment of encouragement, agreement, support, etc. on something that I have written is something that I am truly thankful for.
DailyDwelling is such a tiny little blog, but I have several readers who are always so encouraging and suportive to me in their comments. I feel like I have gotten to know them through this blogging experience. They are all beautiful people…some have blogs of their own that I frequent often (daily) and some don’t. Some I know in “real lifeâ€, some I don’t. But I am thankful for every one of them.
Each week, I will be featuring one loyal commenter and specifically thanking them to their contribution to DailyDwelling.
This week I’d like to recognize Grace from Sandier Pastures.
Grace is a blogging expat mom living in Dubai. She writes beautiful mom posts about her daughter, along with informative post about living in Dubai and the culture there and hosts some of the very best giveaways.
Grace and I met again this year and connected through 5 Minutes for Mom’s Ultimate Blog Party. She is one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting through blogging.
She is also wonderful at responding to all of her commenters. She makes an effort to reply back in e-mail form and also visits the blogs of those that comment on Sandier Pastures. She has been a true example of graciousness in blogging.
So, please stop by and visit Grace to learn more about her, Dubai and enter her latest giveaway! You can also follow Grace on twitter.

I cannot wait to try these
S’More Topped Brownies by Cooking During Stolen Moments. I had everything I needed to make them in my cupboard except the Hershey’s bar. I bought one yesterday and MC and Will got to it and gobbled over half of it up before I could make them. It’s back on my grocery list for the weekend.
If you’ve ever been intimidated by the thought of frying chicken, check out How to Fry Chicken by Homemaker Barbi to have those fears calmed.
I’m taking the challenge issued by Jill Savage at Hearts at Home to Be a Yes Mom. I’ll be writing more about this challenge in the upcoming week.
Looking for the perfect color picker or to create the perfect color scheme for a project? Visit Abobe’s kuler…it’s incredible and I only wish I had more time to play with it.
We’re going to the 40th Engineer Battalion’s formal military ball this evening. I’ll be wearing an evening gown I found at Zero. I’ll have pictures posted from our night out at the ball tomorrow.
Have a great weekend!!
