On this day of remembrance, I find myself challenged once again to find blessings amidst the hard and difficult.
There are abundant blessings in each and every day, but so often I don’t stop to recognize those blessings. When I fail to stop and count the blessings of each day, my heart and mind fails to be filled with peace. I am anxious and the cares of this life crowd of thankfulness and gratitude.
I am seeking to change that today, with a fresh perspective and with remembering to be thankful for all.
I have a long list of blessings to share with you today. It has been over a month since I’ve shared my list. I am thankful for the times that I have stopped to write them down. I am thankful for the memories of precious moments that these bring to the forefront of my mind as I look back.
