EA and MC sang with their children’s choir at church on Sunday.
I was a little apprehensive about how they would do singing in front of such a large church, but I really should not have been.
EA belted out the words to the song as loud as humanly possible.
Seriously, we were able to hear her over everyone else. She was very proud of herself, too!
At home that afternoon, she told me that she sang loud so I could hear her. I told her that she accomplished her mission!
MC smiled the whole time she was singing. She said her teacher told her to smile while she was singing and that she did!
They have been talking about this experience all week long!
I looked up the song and played it for them on YouTube and those girls of mine thought that was the coolest thing ever!
MC was in awe and asked me how I got their song on my computer.
Ahhh…the wonders of the internet!
While EA was focused on singing as loud as she could, MC was focused on the words of the song.
I’ve heard those lyrics line by line at random times throughout the week.
Out of nowhere, MC will look at me and say, “Mommy….”
“Yes, MC…”
“I’m not skilled to understand.”
or she’ll say…
“What God has willed, what God has planned.”
I’m so happy that they have this experience and they so enjoy singing praises to our Lord.

What a precious experience! I love how they are still little enough to be in awe over so many simple things!
