Happy Monday, friends!!!
Today marks the day of everyone FINALLY being back to school and work and our family settling down into a regular schedule. I have been so anxious for this moment to come and I’m celebrating it by posting our menu for this week.
This week is a little different from normal in that Jenny has requested breakfast for dinner on Tuesday since she’s getting braces put on then and my birthday is on Thursday, so I don’t have a plan for that day except NOT to cook…ha!
Here is our menu plan for this week:
Monday – Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo Pasta & garlic bread
Tuesday – Breakfast for Dinner (we’ll have waffles or pancakes, bacon & fruit)
Wednesday – Dinner at church
Thursday – Birthday Dinner – take out of some sort
Friday – Brown Sugar Honey Salmon & roasted veggies
Saturday – Green Chile Burgers
Sunday – Taco Casserole
Having a plan in place for our weekly meals gives me such a sense of relief and preparation for the week ahead!
