Hello and happy Monday!!!
Meal planning is one of the absolute musts that I do every week. I’m not sure I could function without doing this one task. Actually, I know that I could NOT function and run my home as well without it.
I keep most weekly meal plans simple. I try to do something a little extra special on Friday nights for our “Friday Night Dinner”. I often leave the planning of this until a little later so that I can put a little more thought into it.
Here’s our meal plan for this week:
Monday – Slow Cooked Chicken Legs; Roasted Potatoes; Veggies
Tuesday – Sheet Pan Shrimp Fajitas; tortilla chips
Wednesday – Crock Pot Chicken Spaghetti; garlic bread
Thursday – Chicken Apple Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner & Veggies
Friday – Friday Night Dinner (to be determined)
Saturday – Grill
Sunday – Sweet and Sour Meatballs over Rice
