Sometimes I wonder why I continue blogging…and then I get a post like this ready to publish and I remember.
I remember that I do it because I love sharing my life…the ups and the downs with you.
I’m not the most prolific or most creative writer.
I’m not a marketing genius.
I don’t necessarily desire to be either of those things.
What I desire to be is authentic and honest.
Blogging helps me to be just that. I have been so blessed by sharing my life, my mothering journey, my struggles, my victories, and my creative pursuits here with you.
Sharing a “Blessings All Mine” post each week keeps me accountable in my effort to cultivate a life of gratitude and thankfulness.
And that, my friends, is why I continue blogging.
Not for the money.
Not for the recognition.
Not for the marketing.
Not for the gimmicks.
Just for the authentic connections and accountability of sharing real life.
