We came home from visiting family for Thanksgiving to the excitement of EA’s first loose tooth.
She was too scared and tired from our long drive home to have it pulled Saturday night.
On Sunday morning, I prayed for my little girl to be brave.
She ran to me after waking up, two squares of toilet paper in her hand, bravery written all over her little face.
She commented to her sister shortly after her first tooth came out that she felt like she was “all grown up” now.
We celebrated with strawberry cake, her favorite, and she received a shiny silver dollar from her tooth fairy.
She may not be all grown-up yet, but my little girl is growing up right before my eyes.
