Are you surviving Daylight Savings Time? I’m not doing as badly as I expected. My fingers are crossed that it stays that way.
I’ve been in a major blogging slump over the last several months, so if you’re reading this through your email subscription or a blog reader, THANK YOU for sticking with me.
Today I’m going to share with you my meal plan for the week along with some goals that I have for the week. I hope to update you on those from week to week as I am blogging more consistently. And as always, my goals are always given with a reminder that I approach goals with lots of grace.
Here’s my meal plan for this week…
Sunday – Easy Breakfast Pizza
Monday – Korean Beef and Rice
Tuesday – Crock Pot Ranch Chicken Tacos
Wednesday – Slow Cooker Chili Mac
Thursday – Taco Salad
Friday Night Dinner – BBQ Chicken; Macaroni & Cheese
Saturday – Burgers on the grill
And here are my goals for the week:
- Read She Reads Truth Job plan each morning
- Work Out consistently (3 mile walk on the treadmill in the morning and 21 Day Fix in the afternoon)
- Complete Project Life layouts
- Plan/Cook something “green” for Book Club
- BLOG (shooting for 5 posts)
- Take EA and MC to the movies
- Send out Sunday School Prayer email
- Chaplain spouse coffee
- Write down gratitudes in journal
- Post to The Lilypad blog
