As I look over my list of blessings this morning, I realize the things that I am most blessed by are not the big, but the small things in my life.
It’s not the huge celebrations and victories that bring me the most joy.
Instead it’s the everyday living, the thankfulness of cherishing our living together.
Today I am counting…
420. a brave girl getting her first tooth pulled
421. baby placing chunky puzzle pieces in just the right spot
422. butter melting for a science project
423. finding a babysitter so I can attend an event by my husband’s side
424. being greeted by a snaggletoothed tinkerbell
425. placing Jesse tree ornaments on our tree
426. recognizing a face from long ago
427. sharing laughter with my husband
428. sentsy party at a friend’s house
429. discovering coconut flavored creamer…yum!
430. excitement over a Tooth Fairy’s visit and the note she left
431. phone conversation with a friend who “gets it”
432. Sprout stretch at night
433. finding a Sunday School class where I feel like I fit
434. sitting with my children in worship
435. silly baby getting dizzy from spinning around
Muthering Heights says
Your snaggle-toothed tinkerbell is a sweetie…what a fun way to be greeted! 🙂
