I tried a recipe for Crock Pot Sloppy Joes (the link is below) for the first time today and it was so delicious!!! It was the perfect meal to put in the crock pot before church!

I know you love crockpot meals, this is one of our favorites. Just made it Saturday. We serve on slider rolls.
Smoky Brisket
2 medium onions, sliced
3-4 lb. beef brisket or chuck roast
1 tbsp. smoked sea salt (or regular sea salt)
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. mustard seed
½ tsp. pepper
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
Arrange onions in bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle meat on both sides with salt. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cook on low for 10 hours. Shred, save some of the sauce to mix with the meat. You can also combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag and freeze. Cut open bag and dump in crockpot. Cook as directed above.
