I am so late posting this. I had all intentions to get it done last night, but I just could not decide what to plan for Saturday and Sunday and got tired of thinking about it. It’s so hard to plan when you don’t have an appetite. I’ve decided I need to plan my meals when I am extremely hungry…it won’t be so hard to decide what I want to eat.
I did pretty good with our meals last week. We only have one repeat…I just wasn’t in the mood for Tuna Broccoli Casserole on Sunday, so we opted for fish sticks and roasted potatoes.
Monday – Food Court (Pizza)
Tuesday/Wednesday – Tuna Broccoli Casserole
Thursday – All You Can Eat Chicken Night at the Rhinelander
Friday – Chicken Chow Mein with Rice or Chinese Noodles and Eggrolls
Saturday/Sunday – Lasagna (maybe chicken lasagna)

I agree that it is really hard to plan when you don’t want to eat. I’ve had weeks like that, and weeks where I am just bored with what I have on the menu. The chinese night sounds good though!
