Happy Monday friends!!
I’m trying to get back on the blogging train this month and that always starts with sharing my weekly menu plan. This week is a busy one for us with one of my older girls taking part in our church’s Christmas program. She has practices throughout the week and performances scheduled for this weekend. Tuesday evening is actually the only time we’ll be at home and I am really looking forward to a quiet night then.
Knowing that it’s going to be a crazy-town kind of week, I have lots of slow-cooker meals planned to get us through.
Here’s our plan for the week:
Sunday – leftovers
Monday – Chicken Apple Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner
Tuesday – Slow Cooker Citrus Pork Tacos; Cilantro Lime Rice; Tortilla Chips
Wednesday – Slow Cooker Chili Mac
Thursday – Slow Cooker Broccoli Beef over rice
Friday – Breakfast for Dinner
Saturday – Pizza
We’re going to miss Friday Night Dinner the next two weeks because of other things that are scheduled. Christmas is such a busy time!! But I’m trying to remember to be thankful for the busy season when we get to celebrate Christ’s birth with friends that we love.
