Hi friends!!!
I’m looking forward to our menu plan this week because everything is super easy and this should pretty much clear out those pantry items I’ve been whittling down over the last few weeks.
Here’s what’s on our menu plan for this week:
Monday – Crockpot Meatballs over rice; green beans (I actually had a jar of chili sauce I needed to use and the recipe for this came from that jar)
Tuesday – Old School Chicken and Rice Casserole
Wednesday – Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas; Tortilla Chips; Fresh Fruit
Thursday – Tater Tot Casserole
Friday – Pizza Night
Saturday – Pasta Salad
Having my menu printed out and placed on the refrigerator has really helped this week! The kids haven’t been asking constantly what’s for dinner and I’ve stayed with the plan a little better having it written down and right in front of me.
