With the return of some blogging mojo and a regular routine with our return to school, I’m back to posting my weekly menu plan. I’m doing something different, though, and posting my menu on Sundays since that’s really the way that I plan.
I’ve been stocking up on meat in my freezer with some great sales at our local Albertson’s grocery store so, this week I was able to plan my entire menu (except for the pot luck meal) using meat that was from my own freezer.
Sunday – Grilled Chicken Sandwiches; Potato Chips; Corn on the Cob
Monday – Pot Luck for Chaplain’s Anniversary (I’ll be bringing Million Dollar Spaghetti)
Tuesday – Oven Baked Texas Rub Ribs; Potato Salad; Green Beans
Wednesday – Pork Chop Dinner; Macaroni & Cheese; Carrots
Thursday – Baked BBQ Chicken; Rice; Steamed Veggies
Friday – Pork Tenderloin; Salad; Mashed Potatoes
