Happy Monday!
I had a great weekend celebrating Digital Scrapbook Day and relaxing and now I’m ready for a new week!
Sharing the “do, read, learn, be” goals isn’t really working for me right now, so instead I’m going to share my weekly planner pages here and possibly talk about some goals I have along with sharing my menu for the week as always.
First here are my planner pages for this week. I use the horizontal Erin Condren Life Planner and this week I decorated it using the Story Planner 2016 October kit from Just Jaimee.
Sunday is typically my planning day. On Sunday afternoons I write out homschool lesson plans for the coming week. And on Sunday evenings I sit down to decorate my planner and get it ready for the upcoming week. I love this time to “get my head back in the game” after the weekend.
You can see my menu plan written in on my planner on the last line for each page, but here it is (with recipe links) for you.
Sunday – Slow Cooker Root Beer Pulled Pork Sandwiches; Chips; Apple Crisp for Dessert
Monday – Korean Beef & Rice
Tuesday – Shrimp Tacos; Tortilla Chips
Wednesday – Beans & Rice
Thursday – Chicken Fajita Pasta
Friday – Slow Cooker Taco Soup; Corn Muffins
Saturday – day out with friends
