Every Monday, I’ll be sharing my meal plan for the week, some goals that I have for the week, a photo of my planner and a printable quote to keep us all motivated for a new week.
Here’s my meal plan for this week:
Sunday – Pinto Beans & Rice; Cornbread Muffins
Monday – Taco Casserole
Tuesday – Skinny Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie
Wednesday – Chicken Burrito Bowls
Thursday – Crock Pot Mexican Stuffed Bell Peppers
Friday – Fish Tacos; Tortilla Chips
Saturday – Pizza Night
