Happy Monday, friends!!!
It was so good to be back at school last week, but I was completely exhausted by the end of the week!
There’s so much that didn’t get done last week. I was barely keeping my head above the water with getting the housework done at the end of a long school day. I’m trying to give myself grace and reminding myself that it takes a while to get it all figured out again.
Here’s our menu for this week…
Sunday – leftovers
Monday – Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak over rice
Tuesday – Fish Tacos and Mexican Rice
Wednesday – Chicken Enchiladas with Sour Cream White Sauce; Tortilla Chips; Fruit
Thursday – Taco Casserole; Fruit
Friday – Chicken Bowtie Spinach Salad
Saturday – Pizza & Movie Night
And here are my goals for this week (many of them haven’t changed from last week)…
Do:
Keep up with household chores
Get kids and myself to bed on time
Track meals on WW app and meet Fitbit step goal each day

The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown
Learn:
I still need to watch the Advanced Lightroom Adobe Connect Technique Chat at The Lilypad since I didn’t make the live chat
I also signed up for this new class that I am SO looking forward to!!
