The weather has been beautiful this week.
I think we skipped right over spring and are quickly making our way towards summer.
We have had “recess” after lunch almost every day this week. The kids {and I} are truly enjoying being outside and breathing in some fresh warm air!
I’ll give you one guess as to where little miss Jenny heads first thing when the back door is opened…straight to the dirt with her big brother!!
Ugh…she comes in completely filthy, but she is having the time of her life!
I used the Pinterest Portfolio challenge from Sweet Shoppe to design this blocked scrapbook layout of her outside adventures.
I love, love, love how this turned out!!!
I used Eva Kipler’s kit Anything You Can Do, which has been sitting in my stash of kits unused for far too long! I also used the font Smarty Pants by Darcy Baldwin. I super love every single one of her fonts!!

I love her head of red curls! She’s such a cutie! We too truly, truly enjoyed the warm weather this week. We got outside AS MUCH as possible and all were happier for it. 🙂

Oh Monica, that page is awesome! I love the sort of color block style you used!

I always love your pages! We have been outside almost every day this week. We have been to the park, weeded the flower bed, and picked purple flowers (weeds) and dandelions. Both my girls love being outside and love the dirt. My 3 year old even got a trailer load of dirt for her birthday!
