Yes, I am way, way behind on Project Life because of our recent move.
So behind that I actually considered giving up on it entirely. But, then, my husband threatened to stop taking pictures. He is one of my biggest supporters in doing and keeping up with Project Life. He stays on top of helping me get pictures of our family’s everyday memories. I am so thankful for his support!
I had to stop and remember why I took on this project for a second year.
Preserving our everyday memories is important to me. I want to remember the little things that can so often be taken for granted. Project Life helps me to preserve our everyday.
Last night I sat down and began the task of catching up. I am hoping to get a week’s layout done each day (as much as possible) and hopefully catch up by next week. It’s an ambitious goal, but even if I don’t make it, I’ll be closer than I am right now.
So, this week I have for you Week 22 of Project Life. To help with the catch-up process, I’m only going to be sharing completed layouts instead of the photos that make them up. I’ll share them again once I’m caught up again.

During this week we celebrated an anniversary, Memorial Day, and a birthday in our family. Jenny had some changes that came along with her birthday. She moved to a forward facing car seat and transitioned to toddler bed. That was mainly due to the move. I had friends who were also moving and needed a crib, so I gave them Jenny’s crib and baby furniture and she made the move to a “big girl bed”.
Also, as we were cleaning out in preparation for our move, my husband found an old harmonica and gave it to Will. He has treasured it and loves playing it! I love finding sweet treasures like that as we’re purging.
Products used:
For these layouts, I used the kit Live by Meta Wulandari from June’s Digi Files along with the Project Life Templates by Becky Higgins.
I hope you’re having a great week and remembering to preserve your everyday memories!

Don’t give up! If you have to cram two weeks into one layout or skip a week because of lack of pictures or something, so be it. You’ll still have all those other weeks of pictures and that is something to treasure!

Monica — I’m glad you’re pressing on with Project Life. These posts and pages are such a keepsake…
Congrats on your anniversary and a new Kindle Fire — yay you!! I also love the picture of your daughter in her crib with her Bitty Baby – precious times.
I hope you’re getting even more settled and that you enjoyed the holiday!
