It has been such a long time since I’ve posted my pictures for Project Life!
Last week I got so discouraged with being so behind on this that I almost gave it up completely.
Then this past weekend I found some time to scrapbook and I can actually see a light at the end of this tunnel! I am within three weeks of being completely caught up…woo hoo!
I keep thinking about what a treasure this album is going to be when it’s all finished and printed out.
I will have a memories of a complete year…week by week to look back on.
It is the thought of preserving those memories that is keeping me going with this.
So…onto week 44…
Sunday – We went to our neighborhood’s Halloween party. My kids were fascinated by the clown doing magic tricks!
Monday – Happy Halloween from Abby Cadabby, Strawberry Shortcake, Super Why and Little Ladybug!
Tuesday – Keith and Mary Catherine started tracking the temperature every morning and graphing it together.
Wednesday – Elizabeth Anne was working on making a Lego zoo.
Friday – We went to Homeschool Day at Mt. Vernon. It was absolutely beautiful!! We had a great time touring George Washington’s home and the children also had a blast running around his lawn and playing colonial games.
As I mentioned I was able to work on my scrapbook pages for Project Life this weekend. I was actually able to complete six layouts…yes SIX!!! I don’t think I’ve ever done that much scrapbooking in one day!

Love the Super Why Costume!!! My son loves that show too. 😉 I love your scrapbook pages. It is such an awesome way to keep your memories. I feel bad because I haven’t done it yet either. ((sigh)) Keep up the awesome work! Coming by from the HHM blog hop!

What a great post. As Jasmine gets older it seems I have to make myself think to get at least one photo a week of her doing something. And, mostly I am getting them now to have for my weekly homeschool journey post on my blog.
Your post is awesome. I love the pics!
I only have one child left at home out of 4 and she is a freshman this year. I so wish I could homeschool my grandchildren but their father says no. Since he 5 of them live in my house, I really am wishing for it more and more.
