In an effort to try to get my act together again, I’m going to start posting my menu plans for the week on Sundays.
This has always been a great way for me to be accountable for planning our meals and a fun way to share what we’re eating.
I recently began using Plan to Eat for planning our weekly dinner meals and creating a shopping list. It has made meal planning and shopping list creating so much easier!!!
Here’s what’s on our menu for this week!
Sunday – Double Stuffed Broccoli and Cheese Baked Potatoes (EA is making this from her Delicious Disney Just for Kids Cookbook)
Monday – BLT Sandwiches; Fruit; Chips
Tuesday – Crock Pot Pineapple Chicken over Rice; Steamed Vegetables
Wednesday – Grilled Chicken Salad
Thursday – Slow Cooker Root Beer Pulled Pork Sandwiches; Baked Fries
Friday – open

I am glad you are posting these again. I enjoy seeing what other people eat and getting new ideas. Our menu is probably going to consist of grilled chicken, meatball subs, homemade pizza, leftovers, and maybe crockpot enchiladas.
