We have nothing but a very basic set of cookware and one set of mixing bowls here, but I am forging ahead with menu planning. I am going to use a disposeable 9X13 inch baking pan for a great new casserole I found this week that I am excited to make. Everything else is very simple and easy to make.
Monday – Chicken Lasagne (frozen)
Tuesday – Smoked Sausage and Macaroni and Cheese
Wednesday – Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
Thursday – Hail & Farewell dinner out
Friday – Dinner with friends
Saturday – Tacos, mexican rice, refried beans
Sunday – Pizza
