Happy Monday!!!
I did something last week that I’ve never done before which should really help in the area of meal planning. I sat down and planned out our meals for an entire month! I left one day open each week for leftovers and another for grilling. I’m super excited to have this task done. I’ll report back on how the monthly meal planning works out for us.
Here’s our meal plan for this week:
Sunday – potluck after chapel
Monday – Ranch Meatballs and Pasta served with salad
Tuesday – Crock Pot Chicken Ranch Tacos
Wednesday – Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan Soup; Garlic Bread
Thursday – Chicken and Vegetable Stir-fry with rice
Friday – Trunk or Treat (hot dogs are sure to be served for the kids)
Saturday – grill out
