Happy Monday, friends!!!
I’m looking forward to all the Thanksgiving cooking and eating that’s coming our way in just a few days. What a bummer that I have to actually prep meals for the whole week and not just that one day!
I have a super simple meal plan for the days leading up to Thanksgiving and then we’ll enjoy leftovers to finish out the week.
Here’s our menu plan for the week of Thanksgiving…
Monday – Slow Cooker Kung Pao Chicken
Tuesday – FREE night thanks to Club Beyond (my big kids are going to a Friendsgiving dinner with Club Beyond–their on-post youth group, Keith is taking Jenny to a Christmas Market, and I’ll be on my own for dinner)
Wednesday – Turkey Burgers & Baked Fries
Thursday – Turkey & All our Favorite Sides

Friday – leftovers
Saturday – Slow Cooker BBQ Meatballs
Sunday – Orange Chicken over Rice
